Bad Hair Day

With my little monkey.. when she saw this picture she said;
"ha! Look mom you didn't hide the remote" yup, she is right.

So it's bad hair day for me today and what better way to cover it up than to wear a fedora hat, on this cool and windy, yet sunny day. Lilly and I had to run some errands for the hubs and she wanted to match with my outfit.. mainly the shoes.. I do like her ankle boots more than mine. She's always choosing her own clothes, and some days are better than others on the combinations she comes up with. She loves tutus, and I usually let her wear them whenever she wants, but today was "I want to wear my brown boots too"
So here you have us, running errands and covering a really bad hair day with a hat! Im pretty sure I'm not the only one who has done it and I'm sure I won't be the last!

Inspiration came from Jessica of What I Wore , one of my favorite bloggers. I have been wanting to wear polka dots lately and this dress is a bit on the warm side, so that made my decision more easy.

I'm liking this booties and dress combination, so will continue to use it.

Chevron Scarf

The cooler it gets the more my scarfs start to come out and I have a lot of them. Over the past year while in school most of my free time (not much "free time" to be honest) was spend inside DC, one of my best friends and I would go and see what great sales that store had for us.

I have to say shopping can be a bit overwhelming if you do it with someone, but her and I were the perfect team, our styles were very similar, what didn't fit her fit me and viscera.

When it came to scarfs, well we were on our own, since we both love them!

Hopefully now that I've started to post more often, I will be able to share some of my finds with y'all.
