Sam's

top & belt: NY&CO, shorts: makers.of.true.originals (MOS) shoes: Kenneth Cole (were my moms)

I've been covered up all day long, well only outside. I wasn't brave enough like other "co-bloggers" taking their pictures outside..don't get me wrong, more power to them..but I like to stay indoors in this crazy weather. Ladies let me introduce you to my 30th item, I finally went to the MOS (middle of nowhere store) and got the shorts, (I got them the day after the challenge started) but I knew what I wanted so I guess it doesn't really count. My hubby took the pictures on our trip to Sam's this afternoon. I have to confess..I like my tripod better, (shhh..don't tell him I said that). Wearing shorts at home is very comfy, but out and about.. oh boy! I sure was freezing. The shoes are very comfortable too, just so you know. Stay warm girls.

I Heart This Look!

How cute is she?? This is one of my favorite colors. I really like how Heidi Klum dresses, her style is always innovative and chic. Maybe one day I will dress as cute as she does.. but for now I will wish upon a star for this look... ok so that's it for now I just wanted to show you what was in my mind. :)

Feverless

top: Walmart, skirt: Old Navy, belt: DC, shoes: Guess

Hope everyone's staying warm and covered up to avoid getting sick. Lilly and I slept most of the day today since we didn't have a good night last night. Lilly had a fever. After doing some home remedies her fever finally went down and we got a little bit of sleep. I have to confess that I didn't wore this outfit today since I just say Lilly and I slept most of today, to the point that I didn't know today was Wednesday already! But I didn't show what I wore on the weekend so I hope you guys can forgive me today. The items are from my picks so it worked out good.
It still pretty cold out there, and who knows when this crazy weather will go away and come back, and go and come back..etc etc etc..  Anyways Lilly and I snuggled up to watch a movie later in the day, Oh how I  love days like these!  Days when she wants to be held and not mind if I shower her with kisses. I love my kid so much.. I might get sick though..oh well she is worth every sneeze.
Well lovelies enjoy the rest of your day.
Much Love,
Beverly

Edgy Librarian

top: Target, vest: MOS, jeans: Almost Famous (Ross), scarf: DC, shoes: Guess

I was hoping on taking the pictures of my outfit outside, but the weather was not my best friend today. It has been raining and when it finally stopped the temperature dropped.  My husband came early from work so I was able to leave Lilly with him for a couple of hours. She's getting sick :( I pray she feels better soon. It hurts my heart whenever she's sick and I'm super healthy I wish I could take her place, I don't like it when she suffers.. I'm sure some of you can relate.
So my tripod and I went for a ride to find the "best" spot to set up. Nowhere special came to mind, everything was wet and it was getting colder by the minute. So to the  Library  I go.  I'm sure people were thinking; "what is she doing? Freak... I say Freak!!"Hey for the love of fashion I'm willing to go the extra mile. Ok.. so I was a bit embarrassed when people passed my aisle and looked at me weird but, who can blame them huh?! ;)
Well my lovelies ( i love that word) here is my first outfit of the challenge. When I was looking into my almost emptied closet, (I moved the rest of stuff into another closet, the clothes barely fit!) I was thinking how in the world will these items work together? Did I pick the right tops? But even though I have uncertainty of the combinations my closet will have to come up with for next 29 days, I will wear  my clothes with pride, with a humble attitude and a very grateful spirit. They are good picks. Why else would I have bought them to begin with if I didn't think so?.. Sorry I got a bit carried away, I think this last sentence is actually for me.
I hope you guys are staying warm these crazy days. I will try to do my best on getting Lilly feeling better soon.
Much Love,
Beverly
